All calls were responded to within the City of Hood River.

Assaults, harassment, menacing and domestic violence:

Feb. 24 — Ninth Street — Officer followed up on a report of harassment which had occurred Feb. 12, in which a female was physically harassed by two male subjects. They were both issued criminal citations.

Feb. 26 — Taylor Street — Hood River resident arrested for harassment and disorderly conduct.

Controlled substance violations (non-DUII):

Feb. 22 — Westcliff Drive, 3800 block — Female arrested for possession of methamphetamine.

Feb. 23 — Belmont Avenue, 1500 block — Male cited for smoking marijuana in public. A juvenile male was also cited for minor in possession of marijuana by consumption after the two were seen smoking marijuana in the dugout of a local baseball field.

Feb. 24 — Hood River — Two Washington State males were arrested on the charges of unlawful possession and distribution of methamphetamine and lodged at NORCOR. In the same incident, a female was arrested on the charge of unlawful possession of methamphetamine and also lodged at NORCOR.

Feb. 27 — Hood River — Female arrested for possession of methamphetamine.

Disorderly conduct, mischief, criminal trespass and vandalism:

Feb. 15 — Cascade Avenue, 1900 block — Restaurant manager reported vandalism.

Feb. 19 — Ninth Street, 500 block — Hood River male arrested for damaging church property. He admitted to using a hammer and scraper to break in.

Feb. 21 — Second Street, 100 block — Hood River resident arrested for criminal trespass II and disorderly conduct II at a downtown bar. The suspect was lodged at NORCOR.

Driving under the influence of intoxicants:

Feb. 19 — Hood River — Hood River resident arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.

Feb. 21 — 12th Street, 1700 block — Male arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.

Feb. 26 — Hood River — Hood River resident arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and reckless driving.

Feb. 27 — Hood River — Hood River resident arrested on the charge of driving under the influence of alcohol.

Identity theft or bank/credit card fraud:

Feb. 18 — Oak Street, 300 block — Forgery reported.

Motor vehicle crashes, offenses and impounds:

Feb. 16 — Cascade Avenue, 400 block — Hit and run reported from November 2015.

Feb. 18 — W. Cascade Avenue, 2700 block — Hit and run reported.

Feb. 19 — 12th Street, 800 block — Hit and run reported.

Feb. 19 — Cascade Avenue, 2000 block — Employee reported someone hitting her vehicle in a parking lot.

Feb. 21 — Hood River — Car towed after driver failed to provide proof of insurance.

Feb. 21 — Oak and 13th — Hit and run reported. The suspect vehicle was later found at exit 51 on I-84. The suspect driver was not located.

Feb. 22 — Cascade Avenue, 2200 block — Hit and run reported that had occurred in January.

Feb. 22 — Second Street, 200 block — Motor vehicle accident reported.

Feb. 24 — Columbia Street, 500 block — Motor vehicle crash investigated.

Outstanding warrants, parole, probation or terms violations:

Feb. 16 — Ninth Court, 1600 block — Male arrested for an outstanding warrant and a female was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and hindering prosecution.

Feb. 22 — Wasco Avenue — Possible restraining order violation reported.

Feb. 26 — Second Street, 100 block — Male arrested for a parole violation.

Theft, burglary or robbery:

Feb. 15 — Oak Street, 600 block — California female reported the theft of her rental car.

Feb. 15 — Brookside Drive, 1300 block — Hood River male reported theft of a wallet containing $700, credit cards and ID. The wallet was stolen from an unsecured locker.

Feb. 16 — Ninth Street, 1500 block — Stolen bike reported.

Feb. 18 — May Street, 1600 block — Theft of cell phone reported. Phone was recovered and a juvenile cited for theft II.

Feb. 19 — Hood River — Officer issued a citation to a male who had failed to pay bridge toll on numerous occasions.

Feb. 19 — Hood River — Theft of fuel from a dump truck reported.

Feb. 24 — Cascade Avenue, 3600 block — Item reported stolen out of a vehicle.

Feb. 25 — Wasco Avenue, 2700 block — Lyle resident cited for theft III.

Sex offenses:

Feb. 22 — Seaside, Ore. — Officer took a courtesy report for Seaside Police Department for a sexual assault.

Other:

Feb. 20 — Hood River — Three juveniles from The Dalles were cited and released for curfew violation.

Feb. 23 — Cascade Avenue, 2600 block — Female cited and released for offensive littering after she threw a lit cigarette out of her car window.

Feb. 28 — Hood River — Two juveniles were cited and released for minor in possession of alcohol.
