All calls were responded to within the County of Hood River.

Assaults, harassment, menacing and domestic violence:

Aug. 26 — Orchard Road — Harassment reported.

Controlled substance violations (non-DUII):

Aug. 21 — State Street, 300 block — Deputy received property containing illegal drugs.

Disorderly conduct, mischief, criminal trespass and vandalism:

Aug. 21 — S.W. WaNaPa Street, 300 block — Trespassing reported.

Aug. 25 — Hood River — Male cited and released for criminal trespass I.

Driving under the influence of intoxicants:

Aug. 21 — Tucker Road, 1700 block — Gresham male arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and lodged at NORCOR.

Aug. 26 — Tucker Road near Indian Creek — Male arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and reckless driving. He was lodged at NORCOR.

Aug. 27 — Odell Highway, 3000 block — Male arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, disorderly conduct II and attempted domestic assault IV. He was lodged at NORCOR.

Motor vehicle crashes, offenses and impounds:

Aug. 22 — Wheeler Road, 2600 block — Deputy investigated a two car motor vehicle crash with injury. The driver of one of the vehicles left the scene and was later cited for failure to perform the duties of a driver (injury).

Aug. 26 — Alameda Road, 1200 block — Single vehicle, non-injury traffic crash.

Outstanding warrants, parole, probation or terms violations:

Aug. 24 — St. Charles Place — Deputy took report of a foreign restraining order violation.

Aug. 26 — Early Road, 3400 block — Male arrested on a misdemeanor warrant out of Morrow County.

Theft, burglary or robbery:

Aug. 22 — Tucker Road, 1600 block — Female arrested for unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and criminal trespass II.

Aug. 24 — Mason Road, 2100 block — Male contacted regarding a burglary and theft complaint.


Aug. 21 — Tucker Road, 900 block — Runaway juvenile reported.

Aug. 24 — Gilhouley Mountain — Deputy located an illegal garbage dump site.

Aug. 25 — Hood River — A wallet was turned in at the sheriff’s office. After several attempts to locate the owner, the wallet and its contents were entered into evidence as lost property.

Aug. 25 — Hood River — Female taken into protective custody.

Aug. 25 — AGA Road, 3300 block — Deputies took report of a missing male.

Aug. 26 — State Street, 300 block — Deputy took information in regards to a civil issue between a renter and a landlord.

Aug. 26 — S.W. Ruckel Street, 0-100 block — Deputy assisted in locating a runaway child.
