HEIGHTS traffic saw a lengthy back-up Monday morning just after 8 a.m. following a two-car accident at 13th and A streets between Hood River residents Kari Dinatale, driving a white Toyota Highlander and Tasha Odd, in a green Honda HRV. Dinatale was traveling south on 13th when she collided with Odd traveling west on A, according to Officer Juan Pulido of the Hood River Police. He said Dinatale complained of neck pain and was transported to the hospital by Hood River Fire and EMS and that Odd’s daughter was in the car with her and neither were hurt. Pulido said no citations are planned.
