Hook-ey rink

Continued sub-freezing temperatures turned the Hook at the Hood River Waterfront into a makeshift hockey rink, and these folks (above) laced up their skates and grabbed some sticks for an impromptu ice hockey game (or shinny, technically, if you want to get Canadian about it).
