Owen Stolte remembered
A tree planting and bench dedication are planned at 4 p.m. May 14 in celebration of the birthday of the late Owen Stolte, at the Georgiana Smith Gardens, next to Hood River Library. Stolte died on March 14, 2014, at age 14; May 17 would have been his 18th birthday.
“If you can’t make the party, please know that the tree and bench will be there for you to enjoy forever,” said his mother, Kim Stolte.
