On immigration reform, Rep. Walden calls for ‘long View,’ says Obama order would ‘poison the well’

In Hood River Saturday, Greg Walden coined a 2014 variation of the old saying, "we put a man on the moon, why can't we ..." The issue was immigration reform, which Walden, the newly-elected Second District Congressman, said must include visa reform, border security and a consistent guest workers program, all of which he thinks can be managed through technology.
