Ruby Alice (Tupper) Woosley, of La Grande, Ore., passed away at a local care facility on Dec. 28, 2011. Celebration of Life services will be held Thursday, Dec. 1, at 3 p.m. at Damascus Road Community Church in La Grande and Saturday, Dec. 3, at 2 p.m. at Gardner Funeral Home in White Salmon, Wash.
