Carl Carter, 85, passed away Jan. 25, 2012, at Providence Medical Center of Portland. Carl was born April 20, 1926.

Visitation is scheduled for Saturday, Jan. 28, from 4-6 p.m. at Anderson's Tribute Center with a memorial service planned for 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 11, also at Anderson's.
