Mark A. Erickson, 60, passed away Feb. 27, 2011, at a Milwaukie, Ore., care center. A service to honor Mark is planned for 1 p.m. Saturday, April 2 (Mark's birthday), at Anderson's Tribute Center.
Mark was born April 2, 1950, in Salem, Ore., to Bruce and Barbara (Smith) Erickson.
Mark retired from driving tanker trucks for over 20 years. He was a member of Teamsters and the Casino Chip and Gaming Token Collectors Club. He enjoyed golfing, road trips around the West and playing cards.
Mark is survived by his daughter, Leslie Swanson, of Cottage Grove, Ore.; grandchildren Aryana, Kyrin and John; sister Gail Erickson, of Portland, Ore.; longtime companion Linda Rizzo, of King City, Ore.; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Memorials are encouraged to be made in Mark's name to the American Cancer Society.
