Bruce McNaugton Scobba passed away at his home in Cascade Locks, Ore., with family by his side on Jan. 8, 2011. Bruce was born Oct. 21, 1936, at Bisbee, N.D., to Alfred Julius and Julia Maud (Stevens) Scobba.
Bruce worked for the Oregon Highway Department for 30-plus years. He retired in 1998 and moved to Palm Springs, Calif. He enjoyed golfing and loved spending time with his family. He had a mini car collection and has always loved his pets.
Bruce is survived and dearly missed by his son, Mike Jenkins, of Cascade Locks, Ore.; daughters Debbie Bliss, and her husband, Greg, of The Dalles, Ore., and Brenda Bruso, of Cascade Locks, 10 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and many friends that he has collected over the years.
