Brian Edward Taylor, of Purdy, Wash., passed away May 26, 2012, in Bremerton, Wash., after a long illness. He was born Dec. 12, 1967, in Everett, Wash., to Carol Taylor (now of Cascade Locks, Ore.) and Edward Taylor (now of Vaughn, Wash.).
Brian attended schools in Everett and in Powder Springs, Ga. He was a licensed plumber and had his own company in Georgia prior to his illness. He enjoyed whitewater rafting and hiking, and worked as a counselor with the Boys Club.
Survivors include his brother, Bradley Bertalan, of Livermore, Calif.; sisters Nancy Lepera, of Duluth, Ga., and Shannon Kramer, of Decatur, Ga.; adopted brother, Tom McClure, of Cleveland, Ga.; and niece, Mary Michael Bertalan, of Ft. Smith, Ark.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Bruce Bertalan.
There will be a private family memorial.
