Margaret Love, 86, of Hood River, Ore., passed away on Monday, April 8, 2013, in Hood River, with her beloved family at her side.
A memorial service to honor her life will be at 4 p.m. Sunday, April 14, at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 305 Ninth St., Hood River, with Pastor Jeff Mueller officiating.
Margaret was born in Marburg, Germany, on Aug. 28, 1926. She attended schools in Biebrich and Weisbaden, Germany. She married John Love of the United States Air Force in Weisbaden on Nov. 4, 1948, and was naturalized as a U.S. citizen on Aug. 13, 1961.
Margaret is survived by her loving husband, John Love, of Hood River; sons David Love, of Mission Viejo, Calif., and Dana Love and Dale Love, of Hood River.
Memorial contributions may be given in her name to the Immanuel Lutheran Church in care of Anderson’s Tribute Center, 1401 Belmont Ave., Hood River, OR 97031.
