Beth Elaine Repp, 49, passed away June 17, 2013, in Oregon City, Ore., from complications of liver failure. Beth was born Sept. 4, 1963, in New Brunswick, N.J., the fourth child of Edgar and Leonora (Thornsby) Repp.
Her father, Edgar, was an officer in the army, so Beth grew up in a military family, living in six states and two countries and attending seven schools before graduating from high school in Hermiston, Ore., in 1981. Beth graduated from Oregon State University in 1986 with a Bachelor of Arts in business administration.
During the early years of her career, Beth worked in a variety of fields for a variety of industries in Southern California. She earned her master’s degree in systems management from USC in 1994 and soon after moved back to Oregon where she continued her eclectic career.
Beth was known as “Beautiful Auntie Beth” by nine nieces and nephews. She enjoyed cooking, caring for exotic cats, and sharing life with her partner Roy Eastin.
Beth is survived by her partner, Roy Eastin, of Oregon City; her mother, Lee Repp, of Hood River, Ore.; her brothers: Craig Repp, of Rancho Santa Margarita, Calif., and Curtis Repp, of Issaquah, Wash.; her sister, Lorie White, of Hood River; and eight nieces and nephews. She also left behind two cats, Ben and Alex.
She is preceded in death by her father, Edgar Repp, and one nephew.
