Cheryl Jane Bible Perry was born Aug. 18, 1964, to Bill and Edith Bible in White Salmon, Wash. As a child, Cheryl was very active in 4-H and spent most of her time riding and competing on horses, along with most of her family.
As she grew, she found herself in several different fields of work, always pouring her heart and soul into everything she did. She spent many years as a long-haul truck driver, and even did some underwater welding.
In 1985, Cheryl was married to Mark Perry, and they were blessed with four beautiful children. She continued to work long and hard throughout the upbringing of her kids, always determined to do whatever needed done, and to give it her all.
In her more recent years, she started to slow down on the hard working, and spent most of her time enjoying the companionship of her children and grandbabies.
Cheryl moved down to McMinnville, Ore., to live with her oldest daughter, Adrienne. She loved taking bike rides and walks to the park with her grandchildren, as well as singing and dancing with them around the house.
On May 27, 2015, Cheryl was called home to the Lord.
Cheryl was preceded in death by her father, Bill Bible; brother Donny Bible; and first son, Matthew Bible.
She is survived by her mother and stepfather, Ralph and Edith Hatfield; her sister, Anita Branton; her children, Adrienne, Mark and Taylor Perry; grandbabies Paytton Perry, Taylor Wicks, Carter Headly, Jayce Smith, Kyra Homan, Baylee Wicks and Andrew Perry; as well as many cousins, nieces and nephews. Cheryl Perry will be forever loved and remembered by all.
A funeral service will be held for Cheryl at 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 9, at Wind River Cemetery, 802 Metzger Road, Carson, WA 98610.
