He moved to the heart of the Sierras, Murphys, Calif., where he met and married his second wife, Margot Lienau, in April 1988.

Shortly before his passing, Tommy was lucky enough to have once again found love and companionship at Down Manor with his dear friend, Shirley Berry. As a lifelong friend/follower of Bill W., Tommy will be remembered and greatly missed by the countless others in his fellowship, which was always at the heart of his life. A celebration of his life will be held in San Mateo later this spring.
