Peter John Lesbo Jr. was born in Elko, Nev., on Jan. 15, 1951, and passed away on Oct. 6, 2017, in Vancouver, Wash. He graduated from Wy’east High School in Hood River, Ore., in 1970, and served in the Army in Germany from 1971-73.
Pete was a member and worked as an Ironworker for 41 years out of Local 29 in Portland, Ore.
He was preceded in death by his wife Dolores Kay Lesbo, stepfather John Hobart Wilson, and his father Peter John Lesbo.
Survivors include his mother, Ruth Loraine Wilson, siblings Linda Gomez, Tonei Whitecotton, Mike Lesbo, Pat Lesbo, Clarence Wilson and James Wilson, children Justin Nelson, Brandon Lesbo, and Casey Dunning, five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, Nov. 4 at 2 p.m. at the Amboy Mountain Valley Grange, 40107 N.E. 221st Ave., Amboy, Wash.
