Patricia Lee Lumm (Ekker) lost her battle to cancer on May 13, 2018. She was 67.
The funeral service will be held at 7 p.m. on Monday, June 11 at Rolling Hills Community Church. She was interned at Mt. Calvary cemetery in Sylvan on May 18.
Patricia was born in Hood River, Ore., on Feb. 24, 1951. She graduated from Wy’east High School and continued on to receive a Bachelor of Arts from Oregon State University.
Patricia was married to Robert Lumm on Nov. 20, 1976. They were married 42 years.
Patricia was a teacher at St. Paul, West Linn-Wilsonville, Tigard-Tualatin, and Lake Oswego school districts, and Heald and Clackamas Community College over 44 years. She enjoyed golfing at Oswego Country Club, and refereeing high school soccer and basketball games. She was also a member of Rolling Hills Community Church and Alpha Phi Sorority.
Patricia is survived by her husband Robert Lumm of Lake Oswego, daughters Tifanie Lumm of Lake Oswego and Kristin Williams and her husband Brian, and grandson Silas, of Portland, her mother Shirley Ekker, and her brother Jerry Ekker and his wife Jannine, both of Hood River.
Patti was known to be a very kind and loving woman, and will be missed by all.
