Sacagawea peers out from her robes Tuesday afternoon in Cascade Locks. A bronze sculpture of the Lewis and Clark expedition guide, as well as a sculpture of Seaman, Lewis' dog, will be dedicated at Cascade Locks Marine Park at 3 p.m. April 13,
