Preliminary plans provided by Naito Development show the property, owned by Naito, that the company plans to develop as soon as spring 2012. Included in the plans are a hotel, two commercial buildings and a cable park.
The site is located at the port waterfront, between the footbridge over the Hood River and the Riverfront 76 gas station.
