Eerie glow from the Dollar Lake Fire, as seen on Monday night from the Red Hill area above Laurance Lake. The fire, estimated at 1,500 acres Tuesday morning, was caused by lightning and is burning on national forest and wilderness land. A type-II management team was assigned to the fire this morning and 13 crews were ready for action.
