Can you handle it?
Organizer Paul Henke says this year's Hood River Fire Department haunted house is going to be bigger and better than ever. The annual fright-fest is open to all ages, but Henke warns that it is indeed very scary so parents need to use good judgment with younger kids.
Fright nights are Saturday and Monday (no Sunday) from dusk to about 10 p.m. The $5 entry donation goes to the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
