Quite the crowd: Members of the audience applaud a speaker during Wednesday's public comment meeting for the proposed cable park in the Nichols boat basin. The Hood River Port Commission held the meeting as part of the process to determine whether or not it should lease the basin for a recreational cable park. The meeting attracted more than 100 people to the Columbia Room at the Hood River Inn.
