Adventure addicts rejoiced in the recent lining up of conditions that allowed for ice climbing in the Gorge. Conditions like this, pictured Sunday afternoon at an unnamed waterfall at the base of Crown Point, don’t happen very often, and when they do the don’t last for long. Ice climbers were out on sev-eral other frozen falls in the area the same day, taking advantage of the record-setting cold spell.
