FROMM at pFriem: Author Pete Fromm reads Oct. 12 in the first Books and Brews event sponsored by Gorge Owned and Waucoma Bookstore. The event was standing room only with about 50 people filling the in the upper-story “library” at the brewery. Fromm read from his memoirs “Indian Creek Chronicles” and “The Names of the Stars.” Fromm started his talk by saying, “I do readings all over, but never at an event with books AND beer – you’ve got it figured out in Hood River.”
