Collice Sinclair of the Hood River Valley Adult Center checks on a sea of pies for Harvest Festival this weekend. Sinclair said a team of around 50 volunteers, including Columbia Gorge Community College students, seniors and members of the community worked for two days to make over 300 pies to be sold at Harvest Festival this weekend. Funds from the sales will benefit the local meals on wheels program. “It’s been a huge blessing,” Sinclair said of the volunteers.
