    CARNEGIE BUILDING, built in 1913, and the Georgianna Smith Park commemorative plaque, next to the central patio constructed in 2005. Three separate patios along with numerous benches – wooden and stone – give people numerous places to sit and watch the river, the traffic on Oak, read a book, or enjoy a picnic or ice cream cone.
