    ABOVE 6500 FEET...
    * WHAT...Periods of light to moderate snow producing total
    accumulations of 5 to 10 inches above 6500 feet MSL through
    Thursday morning. Rain and snow mixed below 6500 feet will
    limit accumulations to less than an inch in most areas.
    * WHERE...In the central Idaho mountains above 6500 feet MSL.
    * WHEN...Until 6 AM MDT Thursday.
    * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Be prepared for reduced visibilities at
    times along with slick road conditions especially over mountain
    passes.
    PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
    A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means periods of snow will
    cause primarily travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow covered
    roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving.
