Like many counties in Oregon, Hood River County has had to go through some fairly stiff budget cuts in the last several years. It appears those cuts have finally reached the folks who make the title plaques for county staffers:

Guess actually had this notepad paper plaque because he was serving as interim administrator while County Administrator David Meriwether was in Bend interviewing for the Deschutes County administrator position.
