I present, "The Baco" the latest culinary creation by the West Michigan Whitecaps, a minor-league affiliate of the Detroit Tigers. I don't live anywhere near Michigan but I can feel my arteries clogging just thinking about this.

I may not have the stomach for the Whitecaps other famed culinary creation -- the Fifth-Thirds burger-- I'm going to have to figure out how to make myself a Baco. It's like a BLT, but just swap the bread out for more delicious bacon!
Hey look, a recipe! I'm off to make myself some taco shell holders!
[Edit: I know this is the proper recipe to follow because the guy includes a picture of his home-made Baco being consumed with Hood River's own Full Sail Session lager.]
