Plays for Non Profits announces auditions for their fall production of Sylvia, a modern day comedy about the effects an adopted dog has on her new family.

There are 4 roles available: woman age 40-50, man age 40-50, woman age 20-30 man age 20-30.

Deb Currier, visiting professor from Western Washington University, directs the show. Auditions will be held at the Hood River Adult Center 2010 Sterling Place on Saturday, July 20 from 10:00am-noon and from 1:00-3:00pm. Call backs, if needed, will be held from 6-8pm on Sunday, July 28 at the Hood River library. Rehearsals begin July 29 and performances will run the first two weekends in September. Proceeds from the show benefit Adopt a Dog and Helping Hands Against Violence.
